Nicholas Hall

Nicholas B. Hall is a trial lawyer with over 40 years of experience in serious injury, wrongful death and business lawsuits. He has conducted several jury trials and appeals to the North Dakota Supreme Court.

Nicholas was raised on a farm in Walsh County. He served in the Army in the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington D.C., before attending law school at the University of North Dakota. He obtained is J.D. Degree in 1975.

Mr. Hall has served as president of the North Dakota Trial Lawyers Association, Chairman of the ND Disciplinary Board, and as a Member of the Board of the Lawyers Assistance Program.

Nick is married to Mary Jo (Fedje) Hall and they have three grown children.
